Senior Pages Instructions

Dear Class of 2021,
I hope you're getting excited for your Senior year!! I am here to guide you through the process of preparing materials for a very special yearbook. You will each have a full page adorned with your senior photo, name, and personalized text. You will be able to select a member of our Foxcroft Community to be honored with the dedication of our 2021 Tally-ho! You will also have your very own copy name stamped! All of your Tally-ho! materials must be submitted NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 1st, 2020. Please adhere to this deadline!!!! If you have any questions or concerns throughout the process outlined below, please communicate them as soon as possible to [email protected].

If you have not already done so, be sure to make arrangements with a local photographer NOW so that you can be scheduled a date to shoot and allow time for those image files to be returned to you. Unfortunately, I am not available to take senior portraits, but there a number of photography students I can recommend with great experience that may be able to assist you. Once you have all of your files ready, you can upload them here. Please be mindful of your content and make sure all visual and written materials are school appropriate including both tasteful and professional quality. Files will be returned if anything is questionable or poor quality. This book will represent you for decades to come, so make it memorable in the absolute best way!!

SENIOR PHOTO
Digital Only (see me for help scanning prints)
Color Only
At least 5X7, 300 dpi (high resolution)
NO SCREENSHOTS (these are low resolution)
Cell phone cameras should be set to the best quality
Portrait may not include other people and your face must be clearly visible

You will need to nominate one faculty, admin, or staff member from our Foxcroft community to dedicate the 2021 Tally-ho!

Create a google doc titled "LAST NAME, FIRST NAME Senior Page Text"
You also have the option to have a full page portrait with just your name or add a quote
Note that secret acronyms or abbreviations or any distasteful comments will be removed
While it's great to mention your friends, please don't forget to thank your parents, relatives, teachers, and advisors!
Get the shareable link and add it to this form once you have finished - comments for changes will be on this doc
NO MORE THAN 400 WORDS or your text with be cut

PROOFS
When I am done with your page, I will send it to you as a pdf for you to proof.
Please limit your editing to typos and major mistakes and return immediately.
I will not print your pages if you don’t return them with your approval. Please don't be left out of the 2021 Tally-ho!
